JOSH LOCY was born in central Virginia, studied literature in east Tennessee, and moved to Los Angeles in 2004 to work in the film industry. While working as art director for production designers Andy Reznik and Richard Wright, Josh's experience became more intense and varied . Commercials like the Old Spice "Smell Like a Man" series honed Josh's knowledge of involved technical gags, while films like Prince Avalanche and Manglehorn enhanced Josh's ability to communicate mood and narrative through set decoration and props.
In 2011, Josh joined local 800, the Art Director's Guild, and has been busy ever since, designing commercials, music videos, and films.
